Traditionally, most people when they think of Flights, picture a local craft beer distillery serving up a flight board with four distinct beers and/or ales ranging in color from a pale yellow to a dark brown as the wonderful dance between barley and hops take center stage upon that small, wooden runway of flavor. 

As both a Scotch enthusiast and a lover of Irish Ale from blondes to stouts - ignoring the obvious would be tantamount to treason, especially in the creation of Flights.  So, we can't forget the classic beer flight.

Thus, our signature design and creation is our famous Hairy Coo Highland Flight.  It is from these flights that all rules go out the window and total customization and fun begin.  We have literally "unleashed the hounds" when it comes to creating our unique application of artwork for these flights.
